TRIXIE donates 3,000 Euros for cows

41 cows are living on the Butenland Farm at the moment, and they are lovingly cared for by the founders of the project, Jan Gerdes and Karin Mück and their team. On this farm, the most precious assets are handed back to the dairy cows, fattened calves or cows for animal experiments: their lives and their freedom. The places where these animals come from have nothing to do with life, nor with freedom and being free.

The animal welfare foundation Butenland and the pilot project "Kuhaltersheim" stand for a new relationship between humans and animals, for a relationship to non-human animals on an equal footing that is defined by respect and empathy.
Horses, pigs, rabbits, cats, dogs, chickens, geese and ducks are looked after with equal love on the farm.

The donation sum of 3,000 Euros from our collection is intended to finance an automatic cow brush and an urgently needed second-hand blood analyzer.
