Maritime Feeling at the TRIXIE In-House Trade Fair 2019!

The location between North Sea and Baltic Sea set the theme - with their new series BE NORDIC, the TRIXIE team presented maritime products from the north at the in-house trade fair from 14 - 16 June 2019. The products for dogs and cats are made of robust materials and come with accessories that can be found on the north German coast: ropes and knots, anchors, seagulls and coordinates. Maritime protection projects are supported from the sales of the series. TRIXIE has already donated € 15,000 for the recovery of ghost nets off the islands of Fehmarn and Rügen.

Already on Thursday, our headquarters were visited by 20 international sales partners and 270 of their customers from 18 different countries. From Friday to Sunday, the TRIXIE team greeted more than 1,000 guests from Germany and the direct sales countries Austria, France, UK and Benelux.

The fair was a premiere for our showroom that is now on 2 levels. Here the guests were presented with new ideas and materials for displays along with numerous new products. The heart of the fair was the 1,200 m2 warehouse, where various theme worlds were on display. For this, the TRIXIE team was joined by the co-exhibitors flexi, Interquell, Amora, FTT, Julius K9, Sun Garden and Lüning Ladenbau (Lüning Shop Fitting).

Interesting workshops on animal health and feed supplements, a test area for strategy games looked after by dog trainer Caro Stichel, guided tours of the warehouse logistics, a varied programme for kids, culinary delights and live music were all part of the programme.

“That was the best in-house trade fair of all times, and I want to say a big thank you to our team”, Volker Haak was in a euphoric mood. “We are known for our great atmosphere, but this time there was a special spirit that could be felt by our customers and guests as well, and they were happy to join in.”
Those who wanted to end the day in comfort after so much information and entertainment took a cool beer to one of the deckchairs around the BE NORDIC cutter and listened to the entertaining tales of sailor Marc - really typical for north Germany!
