No Chance for Parasites
Ticks, fleas or other parasites. How you can protect yourself and your pet from annoying pests.

Effective protection against ticks, fleas and other parasites.

The TRIXIE anti-parasite compounds have been specially produced to eliminate parasites like fleas, lice and ticks, in order to protect people and pets as well as their surroundings from infestation by pests. Therefore our products are aimed at a 3-phase treatment plan to ensure long-term protection for your pet.

Phase 1: Treating Parasites on Your Pet

In case of parasites your pet should be treated as quickly as possible in order to get rid of the annoying pests. This increases the well-being of your pet and prevents further side effects.

Flea shampoo or tick and flea spray are applied directly to the pet's coat and kill the parasites immediately.

It is important to check the coat regularly so you can spot parasite infestation at an early stage and can start treatment immediately. Flea and lice combs with their fine teeth help to identify parasites and their traces.

You should check your dog for ticks after each walk or when it has been outside. When removing ticks it is important neither to leave part of the tick in the skin nor to squeeze the body of the tick to avoid transfer of dangerous pathogens.

Phase 2: Eliminating Parasites in the Surroundings

The treatment of your pet will have no effect if the parasites are not eliminated effectively where they breed. With pets kept on litter (e.g. straw or shavings) it is important to remove the litter and dispose of it so that the pets do not come into contact with it again. Special anti-parasite sprays for surroundings protect from all kinds of flies, parasites and pests.

Suitable products for Phase 2.

Phase 3: Preventive Measures

Reliable long-term protection from fleas, ticks and other parasites is offered by anti-parasite collars. They eliminate fleas and ticks on your pet and are specially suitable to prevent new infestation with their long-term effect. Anti-parasite collars are fastened loosely around your pet's neck ( for cats no more than 2 fingers should fit between collar and neck) and can be shortened to the required length. They are worn in addition to the usual collar. In order for the anti-parasite collar to be effective it has to be worn all the time.
