Bake your own dog biscuits easily with baking mats

Baking mats are great tools for making snacks for your dog yourself quickly and easily with just a few ingredients. You can put together the ingredients yourself and make sure that the biscuits only contain what your dog tolerates well and likes to eat. For example, if your dog does not tolerate grains or gluten, you can make the snacks with grain-free flour (e.g. potato flour) or gluten-free flour. Homemade biscuits are therefore a special highlight for any pet, but especially for allergy sufferers or animals with intolerances – and not just at Christmas!

The Trixie baking mats are BPA-free, neutral in taste and odour, easy to clean and available in heart and bone shapes.

How to do it!

The tasty snacks are ready in just a few steps:

  1. Choose the recipe you want and put the ingredients together.
  2. Mix the ingredients into a smooth dough and spread it into the moulds of the baking mat.
  3. Bake the snacks in the oven at 180° for approx. 20-25 minutes.
  4. Remove the snacks from the silicone baking mat.
  5. Leave the snacks to dry for a while so that any moisture can escape and then store them in an air-permeable container.

Enjoy the result!

Note: Keep in mind that the snacks do not contain any preservatives and do not have an unlimited shelf life!

Also suitable for licking as a summer treat!

The baking mats do not have to sit in the cupboard outside of the Christmas and baking season, but are also ideal as a licking mat in summer. Simply fill the mats with pastes, dairy products, wet food, cooked and pureed meat, liver sausage, cooked and pureed fruit or vegetables as desired and put them in the freezer for a few hours!

Licking is a great activity for your dog in summer and cools and relaxes the pet.
